Self-responsibility advice from our clients on various issues relating to money laundering and fraud prevention Own-responsible implementation of support services for our clients (especially in the areas of risk analysis, controls and annual report) Technical and professional onboarding of our customers when introducing our money laundering and fraud prevention software solution ForumGWP Expert review of relevant regulatory changes identified by our monitoring team Participation in the further development of our money laundering and fraud prevention software solution Developing new markets by addressing new customers (-groups) Implementation of seminars and training events and appropriate networking in the area of money laundering and fraud prevention Participation in developing new services Guidance and training of junior colleagues Open and winning appearance in dealing with customers

Training as a bank clerk /-mann, bank manager or (economic) lawyer with a focus on banks/finance At least 3 years of professional experience as (stv.) Compliance Officer (m/w/d), Consultant (m/w/d) or as Internal or External Revisor (m/w/d) with regard to money laundering issues in the financial services industry Very good knowledge of the implementation of regulatory requirements relevant to banks and ideally good knowledge of criminal law Technical competence for digital solutions / software understanding Very good knowledge of the relevant banking systems (core banking system, transaction monitoring system), ideally the systems that are used in Volks-Raiffeisenbanken (agree21, IDA, Geno-SONAR) good time management, high personal motivation and a strong quality awareness Willingness to conduct professional seminars and coaching events in presence and online
