Construction management of all plants for projects in the construction of logistics in the area of North Germany (Region Hamburg / Hannover) Monitoring and control of the construction projects in terms of quantity, quality, dates and costs – ensure that everything is done without friction and efficiently. Responsibility for the billing of works – you keep an overview and ensure a trans-parente and correct handling. Support during the warranty period – you are a competent partner for our customers (m/w/d) and ensure a sustainable project quality. Successfully completed studies of architecture, civil engineering or successfully completed training as a technician/master (m/w/d) Professional experience in the handling of turnkey commercial properties desirable Secure handling of MS Office, knowledge in tendering and appointment programs Above-average communication capability (very good knowledge of German), enforcement capacity and self-contained and structured working methods Regional readiness to travel in Northern Germany for the duration of the projects
