We do this “end-to-end” in cross-member teams, user-centred and based on modern technologies. We are looking for new talents that share our passion for digital administration, Gov-Tech, user centering, agile work and the digitalization of processes. Together, we are able to offer simple, user-friendly and relevant online services for our customers and, for example, to establish the “customer portal” or the “new normal” application.

Technical and technical cooperation with the cross-member online services of the German Pension Insurance in the roles Product Owner, Product Assistant or Project Management Office for digital products and projects of the online agency Analysis, Ideation, Conception and Implementation of New Online Services in conjunction with the Technical Systems of German Pension Insurance (rvSystem) Participation in the fulfilment of all procedural aspects in the context of procedural responsibility take over technical, technical, administrative, organisational and coordinating tasks within the team or teams Support for our customers' services to the online services Support in the preparation of specialist contributions in bodies, workshops and working groups Creation of documentation for the online service to be supervised

They have completed university education (Bachelor / Diplom FH) in an administrative, economic, (IT) technical or comparable discipline or alternatively complete vocational training with a focus on social security, IT, design of digital media or a commercial discipline You have first professional experience in an administrative or IT field as well as interest in digital transformation Ideally, you have first experience in agile working methodology or have already been part of an interdisciplinary development team They have addressable communication skills and experience in dealing with popular digital product development tools (for example MS Office, Confluence, Jira et cetera)
