You function as an interface and lead through the complete planning process You plan your own performance phases 1-6 for selected projects You accompany as contractor representatives:in consultation with authorities, external and internal planners:inside You work independently and use the spaces for new ideas

You have a completed civil engineering or architecture study You can demonstrate professional experience in construction planning and execution processes A building permit is desirable You have good knowledge of building and planning law Knowledge of the application systems SAP ERP 6.0 are desirable
