Organization and control of the branch program Commercial specialist in our branch offices in Germany (debates with educational partners, implementation of welcome events and seminars etc.) Responsibility for training-relevant issues and continuous development of training processes Conception and creation of learning content for our digital training platform Cooperation with relevant interfaces in the company and external service providers Implementation of azubi marketing measures such as trade fair appearances, business visits and social media activities Takeover of administrative activities

Closed commercial vocational training or study/qualification with a focus on staff ideally completed trade professional First professional experience in training / personnel development desirable Communication strength as well as a safe occurrence and pronounced team spirit Joy in working with Azubi groups Safe handling of current MS Office programs Creativity and fun in content design (digital platform, social media activities)
