The DRK Akademie SH in the sponsorship of the DRK-Landesverband Schleswig-Holstein e. V. is one of the largest providers in nursing training in Schleswig-Holstein with currently around 750 training places. In addition, we offer an extensive range of further education and training for nurses with a foreign degree. In this key role, you lead our school location in Heide, lead a dedicated team of teachers and administrative staff and actively shape the future of nursing training. You are driving forward the further development of the site by optimizing existing processes in a sustainable manner and successfully introducing the new training as a nursing assistant (m/w/d) from 2027 onwards.

Leadership and further development: You guide and guide the further development of the school location, lead and develop the team of 21 employees. Budget responsibility: You are responsible for budget planning and control at your location. Cooperation management: You work constructively with existing partners and gain new cooperation partners for training and training in the care sector. Cross-site cooperation: You work closely with the lines of the other six locations as well as the academy management to achieve common goals. Legal responsibility: You ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements. You have our image, are actively involved in various bodies and represent the Academy professionally.

You have a master or comparable degree in nursing education, pedagogy, health, education, nursing or social sciences and ideally bring experience in a leading position within an educational institution. You are well familiar with the current developments and challenges of professional education and the relevant legal requirements. Your organizational talent and your structured way of working allow you to master complex tasks as well and to communicate clearly both internally and externally. You make decisions with a mixture of empathy and enforcement ability and ensure that You are implemented consistently.
