ADAC IT Service GmbH is the central IT service provider for all IT services within ADAC and plays a key role in the further success of ADAC and the technical modernization of ADAC performance portfolio. You work with over 250 IT specialists in an attractive working environment with state-of-the-art technologies to further develop the digitalization of ADAC. Become part of the central IT service provider of the entire ADAC. You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the continuous development of a team of currently six employees. You are responsible for building a holistic Software Asset & License Management (SAM), including performing a maturity analysis, deriving a target image with clearly defined processes, roles and responsibilities, and selecting a suitable tool. You are responsible for the entire life cycle of IT services and ensure that internal service contracts, performance promises, service levels, costs and quality indicators are consistently defined, controlled and maintained. You take responsibility for the governance of external IT providers and services. In your role, you work closely with the shopping and the departments and act as a central control and consulting unit.

You have a degree in business management, business informatics, economic law or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in the licensing, vendor or contract environment, ideally with a clear IT reference. You have experience in the leadership and development of employees and convince by a leadership that focuses on trust, orientation, ability and a conscious handover of responsibility. You communicate clearly, bindingly and value-estimating and are able to make priorities and decision-making spaces transparent and to use conflicts in a targeted way as learning opportunities. You have experience in building or developing software asset management structures as well as in the use and development of SAM tools. You have a very good understanding of IT contracts, licensing models and supplier structures, and you are characterized by a structured, analytical and communicative way of working. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
