As Junior Originator ESG (m/w/d) you support our product specialists in advising (potential) sustainable finance issuers (focus on corporates) along the entire value chain of a sustainable emission across all product classes, with the focus on (syndicated) credits, debt certificates and bonds. They prepare presentations and analyses on current developments & trends in the market of sustainable financing and support the identification and analysis of sustainable finance trends on the issuer and investor side as well as sustainability requirements at political/regulatory level. In addition, maintain our databases and evaluate them for information on sustainable financing. You can also support us in organizing events with sustainability and network with other sustainable finance specialists such as Issuers, investors, bodies or associations. In addition, you can help us with specialized customer appointments with sales units as well as webinars and work actively on internal innovation projects.

A successfully completed study of the economy, the economy, economics, economics, information technology, economic mathematics or a similar subject. First professional experience in the DCM organization focusing on Corporates, Sustainable Finance Advisory, (ESG) Rating Advisory. Basic knowledge of the structuring of sustainable bonds, debt certificates and loans or other sustainable financing instruments Credit Ratings/ Rating Advisory knowledge is of advantage. Knowledge of relevant sustainable finance product parameters as well as the main regulatory frameworks (e.g. EU-Taxonomy, CSRD, European Green Bond Standard), the criteria for the acquisition of mandates and the know-how of the market, in particular with regard to market participants, price determinants, legal frameworks and regulatory systems. Dealing with MS Office, Bloomberg and other capital market-relevant applications. German and English in word and writing – other foreign languages are desirable. Designed analytical and organizational skills, team spirit and communication strength and target orientation.
