You are a technical Sparring partner for our product managers and actively shape the implementation of our product vision and roadmap. You take responsibility for the technical architecture and its further development – with the aim of leading our products to success at high speed and quality. You are Hands-on and work in the cross-functional team with Product Management and UX to implement the product. You conduct the technical implementation in the product team, develop the architecture and define relevant KPIs together with the team. You coordinate technical topics across the team and ensure smooth cooperation with adjacent areas. With the growth of the team, you take over the professional leadership of the developers: both in the team, take care of the staffing and promote the individual development through coaching and mentoring.
