We are looking for the Office for Social Affairs and Participation:

Social pedagogue / Social worker / Psychologist, Frauenhaus

EC S 12 and 9c TVöD/VKA

Your task:

• help-seeking women who are threatened with maltreatment or who were exposed to it personally or by telephone
• accompany spontaneous or planned recordings of women and children in the women's house
• Conduct risk analyses for women and children using standardised diagnostic methods
• Advising and supporting residents in government matters, in matters of parental care and in education, as well as in housing search
• Residents with psychosocial care, working up family problems, showing prospects for the future, developing help plans together
• maintain intensive cooperation with other institutions in high risk cases
• Plan and perform group offers

Your qualification:

• a completed degree (Diplom / FH or Bachelor) of Social Work / Social Education with State Recognition as a Social Teacher / Social Worker or
• a completed study (Diplom / FH or Bachelor) of pedagogy / education / childhood education with multiannual professional experience as a social teacher / social worker or
• a completed degree (Diplom / FH or Bachelor) of Psychology

In addition, bring:

• a particularly high level of secrecy and sense of responsibility
• Professional experience in violence protection work is desired
• high flexibility in terms of working hours and willingness to participate in the readiness of the women's house
• German language skills at level C1
• a non-release advanced guide certificate (release only after adjustment)
