Strategic planning, control and monitoring of external service providers in facility management with focus on electrotechnical plants Planning and organisation of maintenance, maintenance and machine setups on technical installations and buildings Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards for smooth operation Continuous optimization of operations in building technology with focus on efficiency and innovation Responsible for Budget Planning and Control in Facility Management Creation of performance directories and coordination of foreign companies Support, handover and optimisation of technical systems as well as operational cooperation

Successfully completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification – alternatively a completed study in facility management with an electrotechnical focus Experience in the planning and coordination of facility management projects, in particular in the field of electrotechnical systems, as well as in professional third-party management Funded knowledge in building and supply technology with special focus on electrotechnical systems (e.g. energy distributions, safety lighting, USV systems, control and automation technology) Embossed team spirit, structured working and communication strength Good knowledge of German complete your profile
