Gruppenleiter Payroll Services (m/f/d)

In this key position you take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of a 21-member team. In doing so, you will ensure the fault-free, timely and efficient settlement of the pay bill, time management and administration for the headquarters as well as all German subsidiaries. In your role, you promote close networking between Winnenden and Obersontheim sites and strengthen the cross-site cooperation of your teams. You will consistently question the status quo. You identify optimization potentials in our processes and rely on clear, uniform standards. Together with your team, you drive the digital transformation forward. Based on our set SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems, you give important impulses for the future use of artificial intelligence and check their potentials for pay billing. As an experienced expert, you act as a central contact person for our colleagues, management and our German companies. In doing so, you can penetrate complex facts into detail and offer sound solutions at eye level.

A successfully completed study (e.g. BWL with a focus on personnel management) or a comparable commercial training. You have conducted several years of professional experience and already successfully larger teams in medium-sized, international industrial companies. High expertise in wage and salary accounting, wage tax, social security and labour law as well as comprehensive user knowledge in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. You convince by your personal radiance and clear communication. You know how to set priorities, and remain calm and targeted even in phases of change. You lead authentic and modern, with a clear look for the future of your area. You communicate safely in German and English.
