We are looking for an experienced and strategically thinking HXM team leader who develops and controls the SAP HXM offering with a focus on SuccessFactors Cloud. If you bring both the leadership skills and the technical know-how to advance our solutions and successfully accompany the team, you are right with us. Your tasks: Strategic development: You take responsibility for the further development and control of the SAP HXM offering with a focus on SuccessFactors Cloud – including HXM On-prem, Managed Services, H4S4 and HR IT strategies. Leadership: As a HXM Lead, you represent the offering internally and vis-à-vis SAP partner management as well as the different business areas and are contact partnerin and driverin for SAP HXM at all levels External representation: You always present the offering at trade fairs, customers and in cooperation with the group of companies – with the aim of expanding the visibility and success of the solutions. Personnel planning and employee development: You are responsible for strategic personnel planning and are actively involved in the development and support of the team members Project management: In addition, you take over the management of offer projects and make sure that delivery takes place smoothly and according to the highest quality standards – including nearshore resources Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You bring extensive experience in SAP HXM and project management, ideally in an international context You have profound knowledge of the strategic development and control of HXM Offerings, especially in the cloud sector Your leadership style is characterized by empowerment and team leadership – you know how to enthuse people for a common vision You have experience in cooperation with SAP and other partners as well as in the representation of the company to the outside Your strategic thinking and strong communication skills help you successfully manage complex topics and projects Good German skills (from C1 level) as well as English skills complement your qualifications
