For our WfbM Service Centre of the Vitos Disabled Assistance Region Idstein, we are looking for a specialist for employment and professional promotion (gFAB), work educators, or a work pedagogue (m/w/d) in full time / part time.

Your tasks include planning, organizing and carrying out work processes in our WfbM nursery (workshop for disabled people). You lead employees with cognitive impairments at work in our nursery as well as in garden and landscape construction. You are involved in the implementation of the funding protocols and reporting. In addition, you work with the team members of the WfbM, external partners and clients. You are responsible for compliance with quality and safety standards.

You have a completed training in the field of gardening and landscape construction as well as gFAB, work educator or work pedagogue (m/w/d). You are open to work with people with disabilities. You have a sensitive, patient and motivating personality. Team skills, flexibility and sense of responsibility characterize you. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you earn € 3.838 or € 4.110 including SuE supplement, with long-term professional experience up to € 5.179 (based on TVöD-B pay group S8b, full-time). In addition, an annual special payment of 84.51 % of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme are included. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant.
