With the training as a motor vehicle engineer (m/w/d) for commercial vehicle technology, you start with us completely. In 3.5 years, you will learn everything about the diagnosis, maintenance and adjustment of commercial vehicles and mechatronic systems, such as braking and steering, automatic transmission, suspension, high-voltage and engine management – with particular emphasis on electropneumatic and electrohydraulic systems. Then you mount and disassemble components, assemblies, systems and keep them in place. You also deal with the diagnosis of errors and disorders and judge the results. This includes the investigation of vehicles according to road traffic regulations. But it's not just about technology: You also learn how to talk to internal and external customers and what is particularly important.
