Senior Manager / Head of AI - Region Süd (m/f/d)

DISCLOSURE Entrepreneurship: You have the overall operational, strategic and economic responsibility for all AI activities in your region, take responsibility for expanding the project business with key customers and actively contribute to delivery and transformation projects. Customer development: Together with Sales and Business Development, you develop resilient customer strategies, build your network at decision-making level, answer offers and pitches and represent adesso as management partner or management partner for AI. Leadership: You conduct a larger AI unit in a disciplined manner, develop executives from your area, create structure and delivery skills and shape a collaborative culture. Recruiting: You are responsible for the strategic construction of our AI talent base in your region, gain key profiles and establish sustainable recruiting and development mechanisms. Portfolio & Innovation Management: Together with the management team, you develop the AI portfolio – from Data Science to GenAI, to agentic and platform-based AI solutions – and you set innovation impulses and ensure the transferability in scalable customer solutions.

Excellent technical basis: You have completed your studies in (economic) informatics, artificial intelligence or a comparable qualification and are entitled to remain technologically at the heart of time. Passion for AI: You bring over 8 years of experience in the implementation and scaling of AI solutions in the enterprise environment. Leadership Experience: You have more than 5 years of disciplinary leadership experience with larger teams from 10 people, corresponding economic responsibility for results, and experience in building efficient organizational units. Entrepreneurial market & sales competence: You have achieved demonstrable successes in customer development, portfolio building and sales-related business development in the AI environment. Strategic Hands-on Mentality: You combine strategic vision with operational implementation skills and take responsibility for business-critical topics. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
