As Assistant Director Debt & Capital Advisory (m/w/d), you advise clients on the implementation of demanding financing projects - thus contributing to sustainable decisions and the sustainability of companies. With about 15 professionals, our team is one of the leading and fastest growing teams in the German market. Variety of tasks: You are (Junior) project manager: in exciting financing projects and tax an interdisciplinary project team. Consultation: Your project team analyzes the initial position under your leadership and develops a tailor-made financing concept together with banks and investors. Customer recovery: Your tasks include identifying future clients, addressing them and creating and holding pitch presentations for top management. Staff management: You support your team empathically and motivatingly, actively supporting it in the project and creating professional perspectives.

Completion in economics, focusing on international accounting, financing, controlling, corporate assessment (or comparable) At least five years of relevant professional experience in Debt Advisory, Investment Banking, or on the financial sector (e.g. Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance or Private Debt) Experience in the management of employees, sovereign communication with demanding target groups and negotiation talks, strong conceptual and analysis High commitment, self-responsibility and team-oriented, agile functioning, safe handling of MS Office readiness to travel and pleasure in communication and presentation for demanding target groups in German and English (very good in word and writing)
