Your responsibilities

• Request and test media data (e.g. pictures, technical data sheets, catalogues and environmental product declarations) from our suppliers
• Adjust media data into our media database to ensure a comprehensive and up-to-date data base
• Ensure the topicality and completeness of our existing data by regular checks
• Continuous optimization of our internal processes and media database
• Regular exchange with specialist departments, suppliers, central and our partners (traders)

Your PROFIL

• Completed commercial training (e.g. businessman for office management (m/w/d), merchant e-commerce (m/w/d)) or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the field of digital data collection / care as well as in the handling of media data / DAM systems
• Routinized handling of MS Office products, especially with Excel (e.g. pivot tables, SVERWEIS)
• Experience with documentation and project management tools (Confluence / Jira) of advantage
• Interest in the analysis and optimization of processes and systems, high data affinity and reliable and structured operation
