Your New Task

• Care and regular control of residential and outdoor facilities within the district
• independent execution of small repairs, maintenance and maintenance work
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in buildings and open spaces
• Implementation of traffic safety
• Monitoring, control and coordination of external service providers (e.g. cleaning and craft firms)
• Contact person for tenants on site
• Close cooperation with the quarterly support to solve concerns and problems in the quarter

Your profile

• Complete craft or technical training
• Ideally professional experience in object care or the execution of master tasks
• High customer orientation as well as a friendly and safe occurrence
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work
• Reliability, flexibility and loadability
• Team skills and joy in dealing with people
• Safe handling of current MS Office applications
• Class B licence required
