Your tasks**

Breakfast kitchen

• Preparation, preparation and presentation of all breakfast ingredients
• Ensuring a smooth run in morning service
• Working together to build, fill and maintain the breakfast buffet
• Production of small hot dishes for the breakfast area
• Careful mise-en-place and compliance with hygiene and quality standards

A la carte cuisine

• Preparation and creative setting of hot and cold dishes
• Participation in the design of menu and daily dishes
• Ensuring a quick and precise run in lunch and evening business
• Responsibility for your own post and mise-en-place

banquet and event kitchen

• Preparation, planning and implementation of buffets and menus for events
• Coordination and close cooperation with the kitchen team, service and event department
• Efficient work according to banquet plans and schedules
• High-quality and reliable implementation of culinary event concepts

General kitchen tasks

• Sic production of highest hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP, including regular control of temperatures, cleaning plans and documentation
• model implementation of cleanliness and order in all areas of work
• Careful acceptance of goods, quality testing and professional storage
• Support for orders, inventory and stock organization
• Efficient, team-oriented working in all kitchen areas
