For the location Bremen or Lampoldshausen (74239 Hardthausen am Kocher) we are looking for you as a project buyer (m/w/d) construction in full time as part of the employee transfer.

Project purchase for buildings and infrastructure and production facilities Implementation of the purchasing strategy and active participation in their further development through structuring and expanding the supplier portfolio Participation in early project phases for identifying and structuring suitable award packages Coordination and implementation of tenders including preparation of documents, evaluation of offers and selection of suppliers Negotiating commercial and contractual conditions Creation of orders and contracts and monitoring the proper implementation Ensuring compliance with all purchasing processes (e.g. gate processes, savings, risk management, supplier evaluation) Responsibility for the performance indicators of suppliers (OQOTOC - On Quality, On Time, On Cost) Initiation and control of measures to reduce costs and risks (Risk Management)

Complete Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering (technical orientation) or Business Administration. Multiannual professional experience (at least 3 years) in construction and in the fields of purchasing, disposition and material procurement. Knowledge of operational and strategic procurement and contract management. Experience in process planning and optimization of procurement and logistics processes. Safe handling of the current MS Office applications, especially with advanced functions. First practical experience in handling SAP. German and English knowledge in word and writing. Structured, analytical and self-responsive working methods as well as pronounced communication and negotiation skills.
