Analysis and assessment of potential investments in the institutional environment (strategic investments, co-investments and classical private equity structures, including infrastructure and other alternative assets). Accompanying transactions including due diligence, contract negotiations and structuring, strategic investments and co-investments in close coordination with the management of alternative investment classes. Current participation controlling and monitoring of existing investments and (optional) management of a participation or co-investment. Participation in portfolio management, in particular in strategic allocation, performance analysis and reporting. Communication with external partners such as fund managers, consultants and auditors, managements. Support in the further development of investment processes and policies.

You have a successfully completed degree in economics, ideally focusing on finance, accounting or corporate assessment. You have 2–5 years of professional experience in a relevant field, e.g.: audit (focusing on corporate assessment or transaction consulting), M&A department of a company or advice, private equity or infrastructure investment management. In addition, you have well-founded knowledge of financial analysis, corporate assessment and auditing. You are interested in institutional investment structures and alternative investment classes. You also have pronounced analytical skills and a structured working and team orientation. A good industry network for identifying investment targets, but also emerging systematic risks, is of advantage. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete their profile.
