At the closest possible time we are looking for a working student for 16 - 20 hours a week and a working student:in IT support for 18 months. You work on site at our Hamburger HafenCity office and support the IT support team together with another work student. Your tasks:

Support of our employees:in IT-Support - You are the first point of contact with technical questions or disruptions and solve them directly or forward them to our IT team or external partners Provision and support of work equipment - You take care of the output of work equipment (notebooks, smartphones) and make sure that all devices are ready for use On-site setup and maintenance - You set up jobs and support the maintenance of our technology in the office (conference systems, printers and other IT equipment) Maintenance of our IT databases - You keep information on devices, tickets and transactions up-to-date and ensure a smooth overview of IT support Use of Copilot‐KI - You use AI tools like copilot to search and process support tickets more efficiently

You are registered:r Full-time student:in You have good knowledge of German in word and writing You bring basic knowledge in the following areas: Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 Notebooks and smartphones
