IT Security Manager (m/w/d) IT security strategy and governance: You develop the IT security strategy of the Contilia Group, implement it operatively and ensure compliance with legal requirements and relevant security standards (including GDPR, KRITIS, B3S). Policy, risk and vulnerability management: You create and monitor security policies, conduct risk analysis and vulnerability assessments, and conduct appropriate measures – including external service providers and close cooperation with ISB, DSB and IT infrastructure. Cyber defence and technical security measures: You implement modern cyber defence solutions, coordinate penetration tests, analyze their results and consistently track technical countermeasures. ISMS, BCM and Emergency Management: You develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and build business continuity as well as effective emergency and crisis management. Reporting and Awareness: You are creating data-based reports for CIO and management and promoting security awareness through training and awareness-raising.

You complete our team if you bring a completed study of computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification. has several years of experience in IT security and information security management, ideally in the environment of healthcare. has well-founded knowledge of ISO 27001, basic BSI protection, B3S, KRITIS requirements and the construction and operation of ISMS and BCM. have practical experience in implementing cyber defense solutions as well as in controlling and evaluating penetration tests. ideally bring project management know-how and are safe in the organization of complex tasks. analytic thinking, solution-oriented work and convinces by clear, address-oriented communication. additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or comparable evidence in the field of IT security – a plus, but not a must.
