From now on we are looking for one: Manager (m/w/d) Strategic Process Management in the field of Group Development You can do this with us: you analyze strategic issues at the interface of Group Strategy, Organization and Process Management and derive sustainable target images from them. You design relevant governance, control and process structures and thus provide the basis for effective interaction across functional areas. You support changes in business processes with effect on the IT and process landscape as well as the organization and ensure consistent, sustainable structures. You advise and coordinate process managers in the strategic development of their processes and make complex topics suitable for managers. You identify structural and process levers for the further development of the Group and consistently align them with strategic impact. You build a strategic process code system and develop it further to make progress transparent and to control change in a targeted manner. You moderate workshops and coordination with relevant stakeholders and accompany selected transformation initiatives from conception to anchoring. What we want: You have a completed study or a comparable training, ideally in economics, industrial engineering, management or organizational development. You bring professional experience to the topics of process management, organizational development, transformation, corporate development or in a comparable function. You have a good strategic and process-oriented thinking capability and can quickly capture and structure complex topics. You have a sense of organisational relationships and cooperation across divisions. You prepare content to be addressed and can present results convincingly. You communicate clearly, moderate safely and create a combination of different perspectives for a common result. → Do not meet all requirements? No problem!
