Your duties Restructuring and automation of Outlook mailboxes: support in optimizing existing mailbox structures and implementing automated processes to increase efficiency

Creation and optimization of Excel macros: support in developing new macros and improving existing scripts to automate recurring tasks and processes

Development and implementation of a new tool: support in the development, testing and rollout of a new tool for training, presentations, business cases and data exchange in cooperation with ASML

RedBOM XML Programming and Usage: Support in the Processing and Adaptation of XML Files in the Context of ReducedBOM Use to Enhance Processes

Process development: With the help of the preparation and documentation of processes and the creation of viewers for better understanding

What we are looking for IT knowledge: Experience in the application and optimization of IT-supported processes

Programming skills: knowledge in programming languages such as VBA and ideally other languages for automation

Microsoft Office Skills: Secure handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel, including macro development

Developer tools experience: Practical experience in creating and optimizing Excel macros and other automation tools

Knowledge of German and English in Word and Writing

Studies: Continuous studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or in a comparable course of studies with technical background
