Team Assistant in Research & Development (m/w/d)

You perform administrative tasks such as SAP goods receipts, auditing, time management and material orders

In addition, plan and organize events, meetings, meetings, trainings and team building activities and support the travel organization and billing

Creating Agenden, Protocols, Business Cards, Signages and other Department-related documents and reliably maintain

Projects within the department – such as process optimizations or cross-departmental initiatives – take over and maintain independent

You bring significant administrative competence, including experience in auditing, time management and material orders

In addition, you have proven organizational talent in the planning and coordination of events, meetings and travels

You are characterized by precise documentation (reflection of protocols, Agenden and department-related documents) as well as project management experience - with first SAP knowledge being desirable
