The area of talent management and learning stands for ''New Learning''' and this is our program, in everything we do. We support executives worldwide on their personal and professional development path and support them in the transformation of the automotive industry. Our department focuses on Leadership Development Programs – from design to rollout of executive trainings. In particular, new impulses such as guidance in the agile and digital context and the use of artificial intelligence are important. We work closely with our internal and external partners worldwide. As part of your mandatory practice with us, you get the opportunity to work with many exciting training formats. We work mobile and flexible. Regular exchange dates are important to us. At least one fixed day a week we meet in the office in presence. You have the opportunity to work with many exciting formats. Your tasks include: Research on trends and innovative methods in management development, change management and coaching

Support in the planning, organisation, implementation and follow-up of management training in the virtual and hybrid context

Creating and reworking eLearnings

Creating training materials and materials

Active participation in virtual and hybrid training

Creating and supporting our social intranet communities that promote the exchange of executives

In addition, Mercedes-Benz Group AG offers you the opportunity to develop individual learning and interest fields for your professional and personal future as part of your 6-month mandatory practice. The activity can begin from April 2026.

Course in Economics, Social Sciences, International Business Management, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Educational Sciences, Psychology or a comparable course of studies and ideally already initial experiences in the HR environment / Human resources development

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS-Office; creating and revising presentations; Knowledge of digital tools and platforms desirable

Team spirit & fun at work in the team, safe occurrence & pronounced communication skills, reliable & independent work; Flexibility & organizational skills and creativity & motivation

Enthusiasm for our brands and interest in new learning
