Technical System Planner (m/w/d) for Supply and Equipment Technology

To strengthen the team, we are looking exclusively for a technical system planner (m/w/d) for supply and equipment technology.

Are you a team player, technically versed and have profound experience in the planning, construction and implementation of building-technical systems in the SHK sector as well as working with common CAD software and bringing the willingness to work into new software environments and methods (e.g. BIM)?

Then this place is done for you. Create and edit technical drawings and 3D models for TGA projects in the SHK environment. Planning and design of supply and equipment systems incl. Network calculation. Support of project management in design and execution planning and coordination of plans with architects, engineering offices and other structures. Participation in construction meetings, technical coordination and optimization of existing planning processes. Maintenance and management of models, plan stands and technical documentation.

Training as a technical system planner (m/w/d) with specialist in supply and equipment technology, technical designer or comparable qualification. Secure application of CAD software, especially AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, Plancal Nova. Experience in the creation, adaptation and coordination of execution, assembly and detail plans and sound knowledge in the planning of technical building equipment (TGA) with focus on SHK as well as technical understanding and enthusiasm for modern building technology. Experience in mass and piece list determination, schemes and documentation. Structured, independent and precise operation with high quality awareness combined with understanding of technical standards, regulations and guidelines (e.g. VDI, DIN). Remarkable: experience with BIM processes and model-based planning, practice in construction site coordination or technical project support, knowledge in industry-specific calculation tools (e.g. heating load, pipe system, ventilation).
