You learn how we serve customers, understand their needs and develop suitable insurance solutions for individual risks. You will get insights into different areas of expertise – for example contract processing, damage management or participate in projects, introduce your own ideas and develop an understanding of how modern insurance solutions are created. You support in the testing and processing of damages and learn how we are serious about our customers. You work with colleagues, insurers and specialist departments and learn how important clear communication, teamwork and reliability are in everyday work. Not only do you get to know the classic private customer business, but you work with exciting customers from business, healthcare, social economy, church, industry and logistics.

You are curious, ready to learn, take responsibility and stay up to date when topics are new or challenging – because you want to introduce your strengths, try new ones and develop yourself professionally and personally.

A practical training, in which you not only watch, but also actively collaborate from the beginning, take your own tasks and take them seriously as part of the team. A structured start with team trainings, apprentice excursions, projects and workshops. You start with other trainees and dual students at our training workshop and get to know the basics of the insurance industry. Regular insights into different disciplines so that you can find out what topics are special to you and where you can best introduce your strengths. Internal specialist lessons from different business areas that prepare you optimally for practice and your IHK exams in addition to the vocational school. Personal care, regular feedback and support by trainers, trainers and colleagues who accompany you on your way.
