Our client is a successful, nationally and internationally active family company in glass/metal construction, based in Halle (Saale). With the guide set of constructions in glass & steel, sophisticated projects are realized – from high-quality glass facades to steel structures to innovative constructions that combine construction, production and assembly. As a steadily growing company, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the team, who develops and optimizes the calculation with passion, technical understanding and business know-how. Creation of calculations based on performance directories, architect plans and technical inquiries Collection and evaluation of services Comparison and evaluation of incoming offers and creation of price levels Determining wage cost timetables including compliance with contract conditions (VOB/B, BGB) and recognised rules of technology Safe handling of construction drawings and plans, including expert assessment in terms of heat, sound and fire protection as well as glass and facade components Cooperation with project teams, technology and purchasing to ensure cost and timeliness

completed vocational training in steel construction, ideally as designer, technician or master; economic qualifications are advantageous Professional experience in costing, preferably in the field of glass/metal construction or facade construction Good knowledge of relevant contracts (VOB/B, BGB) and technical standards Sovereign handling of plan documents and performance directories High sense of responsibility and cost, pronounced analytical skills Self-employed and structured working methods as well as team skills and reliability
