You are responsible for planning, organizing and implementing events and network formats – from the workshop to the big start-up event to the strategic partner event. Event Conception & Management Independent design, planning and operational implementation of events, workshops, trade fairs and network formats (offline & hybrid) as well as the continuation of existing event formats Support for the entire event cycle: scheduling, participant management, logistics, technology, budget & reporting. Evaluation and further development of formats based on feedback and KPIs Communication and visibility Support in the development of event communication concepts (website, newsletter, social media, PR). Creation of event briefings, speaker coaching and moderation. Cooperations & Partnerships Support for sponsorship acquisition and cooperation developments.
Experience in event management (in particular in startup/tech or science) Organizational talent with hands-on mentality and structured working Strong communication skills in German & English Secure handling of digital tools (CRM/Event tools, newsletters, social media) networking and enthusiasm, high service orientation Hands-on mentality and desire to co-design a growing ecosystem with a motivated team
