Do you want to take responsibility in a modern, future-proof production environment? You will then become an important part of our team as a team leader Logistics/Special Warehouse (m/w/d)! In this role, you will ensure a smooth running of all processes in the special warehouse, achieve important key figures and drive the continuous optimization of our processes. In doing so, your team will be committed and targeted. Your main tasks include: Discipline and professional leadership of a team of up to 4 employees in the special camp to ensure efficient process Close cooperation and communication with interfaces such as production, quality, T&I, material management, production control, logistics, engineering and purchasing Ensure the service function for the timely provision and transfer of materials as well as reliable acceptance and correct booking of returns and goods inputs Preparation and implementation of the inventory Responsibility for stocks in the special warehouse and control of recycling orders to minimise inventory and effort Responsibility for the consistent implementation of the safety guidelines in the special camp Operational support of the team at bottlenecks Continuous optimization of storage processes in close coordination with adjacent areas

Graduated vocational training in technical, logistical or commercial fields, e.g. metal specialist (m/w/d) with commercial knowledge, industrial businessman (m/w/d) with technical understanding, specialist in warehouse logistics (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in warehouse or material management First leadership experience and joy in developing teams are desirable Good knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP/CRM systems Technical understanding paired with high number affinity Impressed communication skills, negotiation skills and team orientation Proactive, flexible and motivated working with the willingness to shiftwork Good time management and structured procedure Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge is desirable
