Coordination and further development of the Group-wide risk and chance management system and implementation of user training Development of RCM requirements for decentralized RCM managers and further development of methods, key figures and risk quantification processes Preparation and implementation of audits and ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements Coordination and moderation of communication formats to validate the operational risk and opportunities of the Bundesdruckerei Group Examination, validation and consolidation of risk/predictions of all process participants at Group level and preparation of reporting to management and supervisory bodies Responsibility for planning and forecasting and participation in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts and monitoring of external audits Analysis of complex business questions and preparation of decision templates as well as regular reporting of characteristics, including preparation of deviation analyses and derivation of strategic action options

Degree in Economics, Business Informatics and Engineering Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position (ideally in the group environment) with corresponding expertise in risk and chance management, controlling and reporting Affinity for numbers and business relationships Using Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word) and SAP (especially FI, CO, MM, SD) Own-responsible and reliable moderation, negotiation and presentation skills Communicative competence in internal and external contact (German knowledge at least. C1 level), enforcement and team spirit
