Syntegon Technology GmbH in Crailsheim is a company of the Syntegon Group and develops and produces high-quality and individual solutions for the sterile filling of liquid and powdered pharmaceuticals in Crailsheim. With your contribution as Team Lead (m/w/d) Elektro Hardware, you are a key contributor to the success of our company: As Team Lead (m/w/d) Elektro Hardware in the area of Vial / Ampulle, you take over the technical coordination of the electrical design team. You are responsible for the prioritization of tasks as well as the backlog in your team and update task memory together with your team. In addition, you ensure the standard and GMP-compliant interpretation (including EN 60204‐1, EN ISO 13849‐1/IEC 62061, EMC, Machine Directive or EU Machine Regulation) and are responsible for safety and EMC concepts. You are a contact person for other teams as well as managers in engineering and represent your team in the company. You are also responsible for coordination in the operational business as well as the assignment to other teams and for capacity bottlenecks in your own team. You are also responsible for the optimization of work processes, quality assurance, KPI tracking, the preparation of a forecast, and also support team- and cross-departmental standardization. You coach the team professionally, promote knowledge sharing and ensure transparent decisions.

You can prove a successfully completed technical study in the field of electrical engineering/automatization or a comparable training/training. Multiannual experience in electrical engineering in special machine construction is desirable, ideally in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals). You have a very good electrotechnical understanding and have at best been able to gain experience in the professional leadership of a team. Good E‐CAD identifiers (EPLAN P8) are mandatory. In addition, you have sound standards in EN 60204‐1, EN ISO 12100, EN ISO 13849‐1/IEC 62061, EMC; safe in risk assessment and performance level proof (e.g. SISTEMA). Experiences with UL 508A/NFPA 79, IEC 61439, clean room/hygienic design or ATEX are desirable. You bring very good knowledge of German and English. You can convey complex facts to stakeholders and customers in a short and short time. You are an organizational and coordinating institution and has a strong target and implementation orientation.
