Telephone consulting of pharmacies for product orders and assortment Treatment of complaints and clarification of support cases in direct exchange with pharmacies Support for administrative and organisational tasks in pharmacy support Coordination of order processes and ensuring smooth processing Documentation and tracking of customer requests and complaints in the CRM system Close cooperation with specialist departments such as external services, accounting, logistics, quality assurance and product management to efficiently solve customer concerns

Completed commercial training Impressed communication skills and joy at telephone customer contact High service orientation and solution-oriented and structured operation Safe handling of current MS Office applications and ideally experience in handling CRM systems
