For Time and Absence Solutions, we are looking for a Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management Expert (x|w|m) at Göttingen (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH). It is a hybrid role that requires a few days on site at our Göttingen headquarters and offers the opportunity to work remotely for a few days. Responsibility for the continuous improvement of implemented workday processes, including the assessment of Business Process Change Requests and the implementation of new functional requirements in the system environment

Figure of the interface between local HR teams, HR IT and external providers

Workday integration support

Cooperation with global and local HR stakeholders to implement solutions in Time & Absence Management

Conception and implementation of user training for different stakeholders

Information of users about changes in regular workday updates

Successfully completed studies ideally in business management, business informatics or a comparable qualification

Multiannual workday experience focusing on Time & Absence Management, as well as project management at global workday rollouts

High affinity for systems, a structured working method and analytical and communicative skills

Interest in configurations and system functionality as well as the definition of business processes and the comparison between business and system vision

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
