We are looking for our well-known customer in the special machine construction of packaging and filling systems in the Schwäbisch Hall area, which is located between Heilbronn and Crailsheim, at the closest possible time an employee in purchasing (m/w/d). This is an employee transfer measure.

You ensure the timely delivery of spare parts orders. Delivery times and prices for individual parts as well as assemblies ask you specifically. An independent communication with internal and external bodies belongs to your working day. For special customers you prepare delivery situations transparent and comprehensible. Order confirmations are carefully processed and maintained by you. In the daily business, you actively support buyers and dispatchers. As a contact person for the service departments, you provide information on delivery times and dates. Reports and ad hoc evaluations are designed to support internal decisions.

You have completed commercial training with sound business knowledge. First experiences in purchasing as well as in the processing of order confirmations and appointment tracking are ideally brought with you. Your own work, a dedicated way of working and high durability are your strengths. When dealing with suppliers, you will show the necessary enforcement capability. Secure handling of SAP and basic knowledge in MS Excel are assumed. Basic knowledge in the English language is also advantageous.
