Design of modern personnel management as well as development and implementation of modern HR strategies incl. Accompanying the introduction of new HR software Development, optimization and implementation of internal HR processes Leadership and further development of the HR team in professional and disciplinary responsibility Implementation of employee talks Ensuring compliance with labour law regulations, regulations and internal regulations as well as tax and social insurance policies Planning and implementation of measures to increase employer attractiveness and employee retention and satisfaction Advising management and executives on personal and labour law issues and support in personnel development Constructive cooperation with the works council incl. negotiation of operating agreements Reporting and analysis of HR key figures Implementation of special topics of payment Close cooperation with management in the implementation of corporate goals and strategies

Completed studies in the field of personnel, law, business management or comparable qualifications Multiannual successful management and leadership experience in human resources Knowledge of individual and collective labour law as well as social security and wage tax Experience in the development and implementation of HR strategies and employee support Experience in dealing with works councils and in the management of negotiations Strong communication skills and the ability to work together with all levels of the company Enforcement, combined with empathy and a fine feeling for people and situations High level of trustworthiness, commitment and confidentiality Entrepreneurial thinking and action with an independent and result-oriented approach Outstanding analytical skills and experience in reporting HR key figures
