Independent planning, design and implementation of cross-channel marketing automation routes (email, app, onsite personalization) Increase customer retention and activation by data-driven, personalized journeys to achieve our growth goals. Further development of segmentation, targeting, audience logic and cross-channel control Continuous optimization of trigger, lifecycle and event-based journeys along the entire customer lifecycle (activation, retention, reactivation) Conducting A/B tests to optimize frequency, subject lines, creatives, address times etc. Use of all AI pools to optimize customer engagement through individualization (1:n) and personalization (1:1) together with the channel managers Support for the automation of analytical CRM (Journey-Orchestration, Predictive Scoring, Content-Automation, RFM/Audience-Modelling) Monitoring, analysis and reporting of the performance of the Owned Media channels (deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversions, churn/opt-outs, Revenue Contribution)

Successfully completed studies focusing on business informatics, analytical marketing, data/analytics or comparable training with relevant professional experience in digital marketing Operational experience in the environment CRM/marketing automation and AI, ideally in ecommerce or multichannel retail Experience in building automated journeys and trigger trails incl. Testing and optimization routines Experience with automation tools (e.g. N8N, Make, Braze, Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Optivo, Segment, etc.) Secure handling of segmentation, data models and customer lifecycle logic Understanding technical interfaces (APIs, MCP, Events, Trackings, Consent data) and basic knowledge of HTML or JS First experience in using modern AI tools for content generation, predictive audiences or campaign automation Structured, independent and analytical work and high quality awareness Ability to control multiple campaigns at the same time and efficiently set priorities
