Friendly and competent processing of incoming customer requests by phone Service-oriented advice on our product range of tires, rims and complete wheels Processing of complaints including tracking to credit Proactive reworking of customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction Creation of offers in the ERP system (Navision) as well as maintenance of customer data in the CRM system (Salesforce)

Closed commercial training e.g. in office, wholesale, dialogue marketing Embossed customer orientation and pleasure in direct customer contact Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the telephone customer consultation and/or in the telephone sales – e.g. wholesale, customer service or call center environment Product knowledge is of advantage, but no requirement – we are more important to know how to contact our customers by telephone and how to work in a structured manner fun in telephone customer contact as well as openness and communication strength High reliability and structured operation flowing knowledge of German in word and writing; Other languages are a plus
