Your Tasks.

Customer support: They are the first contact person for a solid customer base and ensure competent advice. Technical advice: They develop individual customer solutions in cooperation with the technical management and understand the requirements of metalworking. Offer management: You create offers on your own and take care of order processing up to the invoice. Cooperation with external services: They coordinate closely with the field staff to ensure optimal customer support. Market observation: They analyse the market and identify new opportunities for increasing company presence. Quality assurance: They provide professional support for national and international customers and are a reliable contact person.

Our Requirements.

Training Experience: Successfully completed commercial or technical training with relevant professional experience in the sales service. Technical understanding: Experience in metalworking (turning, milling, grinding) is a priority. Structured mode of operation: They work independently, organized and solution-oriented. Communication strength: They convince by safe occurrence, enforcement and team spirit. Language knowledge: good English knowledge in word and writing, to be able to professionally care for international customers, can be extended by advantage, knowing. IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office and SAP for efficient order processing. Flexibility: You remain sovereign in challenging situations and work targeted.
