As IT Manager (m/w/d), you can centrally support all projects and users in IBM DOORS, IBM Rational Publishing Engine and related tools. Support for design, setup and maintenance and further development is within your task. You independently process in-depth support enquiries from internal and external stakeholders and have a partial project responsibility even in cross-departmental IT projects. In addition, you will advise the specialist areas regarding the selection and use of the various tools and clarify the application possibilities of the engineering applications. Your duties Conception and implementation of IT solutions - including acceptance - in the respective focus area Ensuring smooth operation of all IT tools and systems Advising the areas of expertise and identifying needs and designing individual solutions Monitoring, maintenance and further development of central systems in the requirements engineering environment Own processing of support requests and creation of system documentation and instructions Working in cross-departmental IT projects including project responsibility Development and programming of scripts within IBM Rational DOORS/DNG and IBM Rational Publishing Engine

Complete Bachelor Program in Computer Science or Comparative Training with Multiannual Professional Experience Finded technical and development experience with IBM Rational DOORS Classic (DXL) and IBM Rational Publishing Engine Safe handling of engineering applications and complex IT system landscapes Good English knowledge of word and writing Self-working, high analytical skills, communication and team strength as well as a quick understanding Global readiness
