Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Telephone and personal IT support (1st level support, possibly 2nd level support)
• Point of contact for incoming service requests in the First and Second Level Support area
• Classification and dispatch of incoming tickets according to ITIL guidelines
• Acceptance of change requests and incident messages from users
• Planning and implementation of the commissioning of security infrastructure systems (firewall, proxy server, antivirus protection, VPN solutions)
• Technical operation of the systems, including coordination of resource equipment and maintenance work

Your qualifications:

Our expectations for you

• Successfully completed training for:in the field of informatics:in system integration or a comparable qualification in this environment
• Very good knowledge of PC hardware, communication technology and current Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of how to use ticket and remote tools as well as ITIL, LAN, WAN and VPN
• Ideal experience with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business
• Flexibility, solution-oriented thinking and team skills
