Responsible support, further development and optimization of the P&I LOGA charging system Contact person for P&I LOGA and P&I support interface and other external contact partners Support for employees in the collective transfer of employees, including the determination and compliant presentation of remuneration components Support and control of payment accounting (with P&I LOGA) of a defined group of employees of several clients Contact person for employees, public authorities and social insurance providers for tax, social insurance and collective agreements as well as billing-related issues Accompanying the monthly and annual accounts, including accounts, in close cooperation with controlling and accounting Active participation in future-oriented HR projects, in particular in the field of digitalisation and optimization of HR processes

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or economic studies (e.g. as a personal businesswoman, office businesswoman* with a focus on staff, Bachelor of Human Resources, Human Resources, Human Resources, Human Resources (IHK) or the like) Multiannual experience in pay billing and pay accounting system P&I LOGA Good knowledge of labour, wage and SV law Routined handling of MS Office Good knowledge of English Self-employed, structured and conscientious work combined with high service orientation, commitment and strong team spirit
