In the course of further growth, the central disposition is expanded at the Cologne site. We are looking for you as an experienced dispatcher (m/w/d), who takes responsibility, thinks economically and enjoys a varied daily business. Independent planning, control and optimisation of transports (goods, occasionally wood or building materials logistics) Disposition of your own fleet and coordination of external freight forwarders and reloads Economic management of transport taking into account utilisation, costs and yield Direct coordination with internal trading departments and warehouse locations Daily communication with drivers, partners and internal interfaces Ensuring the timely and quality-compliant transport implementation Analysis and optimization of existing tour structures and development of efficient logistics concepts

Complete training in the field of forwarding, logistics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in the disposition of goods transport (e.g. bulk goods, building materials, agricultural products or comparable goods) Good knowledge of the use of common MRP software (ideally CarLo or comparable systems) Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and routine operation with MS Office Representative organizational talent, decision-making and economic thinking Communication strength in handling drivers, internal contact persons and external service providers Independent, solution-oriented and pragmatic mode of operation
