Inhouse ERP Consultant DMS/ ECM & ERP (m/f/d)

You do not want to understand document management as a deposit, but as a lever for real process digitization? In this in-house role, you will accompany the introduction of new DMS/ECM systems at SPAETER, control migration and rollout and ensure that DMS and ERP play together as a hybrid process chain. You accompany the migration to a new DMS/ECM system: analysis of the initial situation, definition of migration scope, metadata/index logic, authorizations and quality checks. The planning and support of the rollout is yours: from piloting to testing (UAT) to stabilization in the daily business, including training and enablement concept. You design and optimize document-based end-to-end processes (e.g. input invoices, delivery notes, contracts, quality and process documents) and develop robust standards for the group. As a central interface between ERP and DMS/ECM, you are responsible for document and document assignments, storage/archive logics, release workflows, retrieval and process triggers. You structure requirements from the departments and translate them into implementable work packages (e.g. backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria) and coordinate the implementation with IT and external service providers. In addition, ensure governance: documentation standards, audit-proof placement, role/right concepts, clean docue and comprehensible decisions (including action tracking).

A completed study (or shortly before graduation) in, e.g., business informatics, computer science, information management, digital business or comparable fields. Multiannual experience in ERP at the interface DMS/ECM. Strong interest in DMS/ECM and process digitalization (workflows, metadata, permissions, archiving, search). Experience in DMS migration or rollout projects is a clear advantage (e.g. internship, student work, project work or professional experience). Typical migration topics such as documents + attributes/metadata, permissions and integration/interface logic are not strange to you. Understanding system landscapes and interface communication: You can clearly communicate between specialist, IT and service providers. Structured, careful working, high quality standards and joy in bringing topics clean to implementation. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage (e.g. tools, docu, exchange with partners).
