The core of the work is to ensure project financing and to create funding bases for selected projects in the S-Bahn Berlin portfolio You are part of the development and development of financing agreements and apply for grants under the closed financing agreements The development of applications for safety declaration/planning change as well as the implementation of project-accompanying discussions with the donors together with the technical project management are also within your competence Ensuring proper and timely use of funds in the assigned project sections is your responsibility You check cost advances, maintain the timely and proper production of the annual usage certificates in the team and accompany the usage checks Planning-accompanying discussions with the EBA and the Confederation are conducted by you and you clarify financing-relevant issues with internal and external stakeholders The assessment of approval documents, in particular decision templates, as well as the cost planning, pending awards and contract changes in financial terms are in your hands. In addition, you show financing risks and suggest counter-control measures

Your profile:

You have completed your studies in the commercial or technical field (high school, university of applied sciences), e.g. economics, industrial engineering, civil engineering or in a comparable discipline.
