Specialist Operational Risk Management (m/f/d)

Risk Assessment & Incident Management: Participation in OpRisk-Assessments (RCSA, Workshops), Assessment of Risks and Controls (IKS) as well as Analysis of Damage and Nearly Events incl. Root-Cause analyses and Lessons Learned. Monitoring, Reporting & Data Analysis: Creation and Development of Risk Reportings, Monitoring of Significant Risk Classes, Controls and KRIs, and Tracking Risk Management Measures. Regulatorics & Governance: Support for internal and external audits, IFR notifications and ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance. Risk management & method development: support in the further development of the OpRisk framework and the Internal Control System (methods, tools, processes), including governance and risk management strategies, as well as promoting risk awareness in the areas of expertise. Interfaces & Projects: Contact for specialist areas in the OpRisk environment, cooperation in cross-disciplinary projects and close cooperation with the adjacent functions ICT Risk Management and Risk Controlling

Qualification: Complete study of economics, mathematics, business informatics or a comparable study programme Experience: First professional experience in risk management, surgical risk or audit/regulatory advisory Competences: Knowledge of Risk Assessment, Monitoring and Control of Operational Risks Knowledge: Understanding regulatory requirements (in particular MaRisk, DORA, IFR) EDV/IT: Very good MS Office knowledge, affinity for data analysis and IT-supported processes Skills: Analytical and Structured Thinking Power, High Care and Quality Orientation Soft Skills: team skills, self-initiative and strong learning and development readiness Languages: Very good German and good English skills
