Direct personnel responsibility and organisation for employees in the area of finished goods warehouses (finished goods) as well as organisation and coordination of personnel deployment planning Responsible for the installation availability of the high-bay system incl. Maintenance and maintenance planning Ensuring/organising the correct storage and timely dispatch of cigarettes, patterns and NTMs taking into account the applicable Track-&-Trace guidelines Ensuring the timely delivery of the above-mentioned goods to all customers (internal / external) worldwide Coordination with internal and external interfaces (Customer Services, global departments, personnel, prefabricated warehouses, forwarders, etc.) Implementation of administrative activities such as cost planning, SAP bookings, reporting, inventory management Complete the roles “SAP Power User” and “MIC / WMS / Transporeon Key User” and training new employees Implementation / Organisation of the necessary safety instructions, control and administration of legal and internal documentation Support for area-related occupational safety and the creation of risk assessments and the resulting operating instructions

Relevant training: completed technical training or commercial-logistic training with a technical understanding with a corresponding qualification as master / technician (m/w/d) and relevant professional experience in customs, taxes and logistics Practical experience: Ideally first leadership experience, excellent coordination and organisational skills Valuable Knowledge: Insufficient Knowledge in Track-&-Trace Policies and Systems Special Strengths: Excellent PC skills (MS Office, SAP Sales & Distribution, WIM, FORMAT) as well as excellent English skills (word and font) Matching personality: High commitment, resilience and flexibility as well as strong communication and team skills Active working time model: sliding time
